Gujarat Petrosynthese Ltd Appoints Mr. Phiroz Munshi as Chairman of the Board

Gujarat Petrosynthese Ltd has appointed Mr. Phiroz Munshi, a seasoned professional with over 50 years of experience in banking, metal and petrochemical industries, as the Chairman of the Board. The appointment was made at the Board of Directors meeting held on February 6, 2026. The meeting also approved the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.
