Gujarat Petrosynthese Re-appoints Joint MDs for 5 Years

Gujarat Petrosynthese Limited announced the re-appointment of Ms. Urmi Prasad and Ms. Charita Thakkar as Joint Managing Directors for a term of five years, effective April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2032. This re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Ms. Thakkar's re-appointment also requires Central Government approval due to her Non-Resident Indian status. The company's Board of Directors also approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report.
