Trading Window Closure Announced by Gujarat Petrosynthese Ltd for Q1 2026

Gujarat Petrosynthese Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading restriction period' will be applied from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results. The trading window will be closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026, and will be reopened 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and approval of said Financial Results will be intimated separately.
