Gujarat Pipavav Port's Q1 FY 26 Operational Data Reveals Increase in Cargo Volume

Gujarat Pipavav Port Ltd released its operational data for the quarter ended 30th June 2025. The data shows an increase in cargo volume handled in Q1 FY 26 compared to Q1 FY 25 and Q4 FY 25. The company handled 164 containers (000 TEUs) in Q1 FY 26, up from 165 in Q1 FY 25 and 172 in Q4 FY 25. The dry bulk cargo volume was 0.55 Mn MT, an increase from 0.55 Mn MT in Q1 FY 25 and 0.46 Mn MT in Q4 FY 25. The liquid cargo volume was 0.41 Mn MT, up from 0.34 Mn MT in Q1 FY 25 and 0.40 Mn MT in Q4 FY 25. The Ro Ro cargo volume was 42, a slight decrease from 48 in Q4 FY 25 and 38 in Q1 FY 25. The company handled 447 container trains in Q1 FY 26, a slight decrease from 480 in Q1 FY 25 and 470 in Q4 FY 25. The containers handled on train were 99, a slight decrease from 102 in Q1 FY 25 and 101 in Q4 FY 25.
