Gujarat Poly Electronics Ltd has entered into a Deed of Assignment for Plot No. B-17/P/5 situated at Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC), Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The company has received a provisional transfer order (PTO) from GIDC, granting its permission to transfer and assign the leasehold rights, title, and interest in respect of the said Sub-Plot. The company has granted, assigned, released, conveyed, transferred, and assured unto the assignee all its leasehold rights, title, and interest in the Sub-Plot No. B-17/P/5 aggregating to 1269 square meters forming part of larger land bearing Plot No. B-17/P admeasuring 6240 square meters. This is subject to the fulfillment of terms and conditions as mentioned in the PTO and the receipt of the final transfer order from GIDC.
