Gujarat Terce Laboratories Ltd has entered into an agreement to purchase corporate office premises named "Swatil8" located beside Palladium Mall, S.G. Highway, Thaltej, Ahmedabad. The property spans 2012.20 sq. ft. and the purchase price is ₹3.23 crores, exclusive of applicable taxes, stamp duty, and registration fees. The company has confirmed that the seller, Swatisandhya Procon LLP, is not a related party, and the transaction is not a related party transaction. This acquisition is part of the company's expansion and operational infrastructure development.
