Gujarat Themis Biosyn Amends Articles of Association

Gujarat Themis Biosyn Limited announced that its shareholders, through a special resolution passed at an Extraordinary General Meeting on August 22, 2026, have approved an amendment to the company's Articles of Association. Specifically, Clause 13(1)(c) has been amended by deleting the requirement for a valuation report from a registered valuer when determining the price of shares. The amended clause now broadly permits transactions for cash or consideration other than cash, irrespective of whether the parties involved are already mentioned in previous clauses.
