Gujarat Themis Biosyn: Promoter Shareholding Diluted by QIP Issue

Gujarat Themis Biosyn Limited has filed a disclosure under SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, regarding a passive reduction in promoter and promoter group shareholding. This reduction is not due to any acquisition or disposal by the promoters but rather due to the allotment of 2,11,86,440 equity shares to non-promoters (qualified institutional buyers) on August 28, 2026, through a QIP issue. The promoter and promoter group's shareholding, which was 59.33% before the QIP, remains at 59.33% in absolute terms but has seen a dilution in percentage terms relative to the increased total equity. The total equity capital has increased from 10,89,65,265 shares to 13,01,51,705 shares.
