Sachin D. Patel has acquired 24,97,190 equity shares of Gujarat Themis Biosyn Limited, representing 2.29% of the diluted share capital. The acquisition was an inter-se transfer among the promoter and promoter group, with Themis Medicare Limited being the transferor. The transaction was executed at ₹400.45 per share.
