Gulf Lloyds India Approves AGM Notice, Appoints Secretarial Auditor

Gulf Lloyds (India) Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 4, 2026, approved the draft notice for the 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 30, 2026. The AGM will be conducted via video conferencing. The Board also approved the draft Board's Report for the year ended March 31, 2026. Furthermore, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation, M/s. Rishabh Shah and Associates has been appointed as the Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term, commencing from FY 2026-27, subject to member approval at the AGM. Mr. Rishabh Shah will also serve as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
