Gulf Oil Lubricants India Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on May 27, 2026, to consider and approve the audited financial results (standalone & consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board will also consider recommending a final dividend, if any, on the equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives has been closed from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
