Gulshan Polyols: Vardhman Doogar Re-appointed Independent Director

Gulshan Polyols Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Vardhman Doogar as a Non-Executive Independent Director. The decision, recommended by the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee, was approved by the Board of Directors on August 6, 2026. Mr. Doogar will serve a second term of five years, commencing October 1, 2026, and concluding on September 30, 2031. This re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Doogar brings over a decade of experience in auditing, management consultancy, and merchant banking.
