Gyan Developers Holds 34th AGM, Discusses Financials and Director Appointments

Gyan Developers & Builders Ltd conducted its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 11, 2026, via Video Conference. The meeting, chaired by Managing Director Mr. T Ashok Raj, included the adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statement for the period ending March 31, 2026. Key agenda items also involved the re-appointment of a director retiring by rotation and the confirmation of an Independent Director's appointment.
