Promoters of Gyan Developers & Builders Ltd, including Mr. Mahendar Raj, Mr. Tarachand Jain, and Ms. Kamala Devi, have disclosed the off-market sale of 2,85,400 equity shares on August 5, 2026. The transaction, valued at ₹3,00,00,000, was conducted as an off-market transfer. This disclosure is made in accordance with Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
