Mona Viral Shah Increases Shah Metacorp Stake via Rights Issue

Mona Viral Shah, a promoter and shareholder of Shah Metacorp Ltd, has increased her stake in the company through a Rights Issue. Her shareholding in shares carrying voting rights has increased from 12.04% to 14.07%. The acquisition involved 31,628,600 shares, bringing her total holding to 138,248,448 shares. The total equity share capital of the company also increased post-acquisition. This disclosure is made under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
