H S India Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure from 01.04.2026

H S India Ltd has announced that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company by all designated persons, including their immediate relatives, will be closed from 01.April.2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026. This decision is in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and the company's Code of Conduct. The date of the Board Meeting for considering the Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
