Hannah Joseph Hospital Sets July 8 Record Date for Dividend & AGM

Hannah Joseph Hospital Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on June 15, 2026, has fixed July 8, 2026, as the record date. This date will be used to determine shareholder eligibility for the final dividend and for e-voting purposes related to the upcoming 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for July 15, 2026, and will be conducted via Video Conferencing. The Board had previously recommended a final dividend of ₹22 per equity share for FY25-26, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The remote e-voting period will be from July 12 to July 14, 2026.
