Happiest Minds: NCLT Approves Amalgamation of Aureustech Systems

Happiest Minds Technologies Ltd has received the Certified True Copy of the Final Order from the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Bengaluru Bench, approving the Scheme of Amalgamation of Aureustech Systems Private Limited (Transferor Company) with Happiest Minds Technologies Limited (Transferee Company). The amalgamation, governed by Sections 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013, was approved by the NCLT on August 10, 2026. The appointed date for the merger is April 1, 2026. This follows previous disclosures made by the company regarding the proposed scheme.
