Born Agile' Mindful IT Company, announced the acquisition of 100% equity share capital of PureSoftware Technologies Private Limited for a total purchase consideration of US $ 94.5 Million. PureSoftware, a fast-growing Digital Engineering & Transformation Services provider, brings strong capabilities in Banking, Insurance, and Healthcare domains, allowing Happiest Minds to cross-sell additional services and drive accelerated growth. With revenues of US $ 43 Million (~ ₹351 Crores) for Fiscal 2024, the acquisition will augment Happiest Minds' presence in various regions such as USA, UK, India, Mexico, Malaysia, and Africa.
