Happy Forgings Ltd Secures INR 160 Cr Order for Precision-Engineered Components

Happy Forgings Ltd has announced that it has obtained an order to supply precision-engineered, machined components for power generation applications. The order, awarded by a large global manufacturer and supplier of industrial equipment and construction machinery, has an annual committed volume of INR 95 Cr and a peak annual revenue potential of INR 160 Cr. The order is for the supply of heavy forged and precision-machined components weighing up to 1,000 Kgs for use in industrial and mining applications. The supplies are expected to commence in 2028 under the binding long-term supply contract.
