Hardcastle & Waud Manufacturing Company Ltd has executed a Deed of Conveyance for the sale of its immovable property, Unit No. 7B located on the 3rd floor of Sagar Estate, to Jeevdani Business Ventures Limited (JBVL), a Promoter Group Company. The sale amount is Rs 1,11,08,000. The transaction is at arm's length basis and there are no shares or loans involved. The Promoter of the Company is also a Promoter of JBVL.
