Hardwyn India Ltd has announced the resignation of its Secretarial Auditor, Mr. Amit Saxena of M/s Amit Saxena & Associates. The resignation is effective immediately, as per his letter dated August 5, 2026. The auditor cited personal reasons and unavoidable circumstances for his decision. The company is required to appoint a new Secretarial Auditor in compliance with applicable laws. The resignation does not, to the auditor's knowledge, materially affect stakeholder interests.
