Hari Govind International Ltd Closes Trading Window, Sets Voting Eligibility Date

Hari Govind International Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons from 11th April, 2026 to 13th April, 2026. The Register of Beneficial Owners, Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will also be closed during this period. The 'cut-off' date for determining the members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice of the EGM or to attend the EGM has been fixed as Monday, 06th April, 2026.
