Popees Baby Care Closes Trading Window for Q2 FY27 Results

Popees Baby Care India Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026. During this period, directors, designated employees, insiders, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's securities.
