Trading Window of Harig Crankshafts Ltd. to Close from April 1, 2026

Harig Crankshafts Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from April 1, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of the board meeting to consider these results will be intimated to the stock exchange in due course.
