Hariom Pipe Industries Subsidiary, Hariom Power and Energy, Allocates Shares Worth Rs. 11.76 Crores, Ceasing to be a Wholly Owned Subsidiary

Hariom Power and Energy Private Limited (HPEPL), a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Hariom Pipe Industries Limited, has allotted 1,17,69,244 equity shares at a face value of Rs. 10/- each per share, amounting to a total consideration of Rs. 11,76,92,440/-. The allotment was made on November 20, 2025, to Hariom Pipe Industries Limited and certain identified investors including promoters and promoter Group. As a result, HPEPL has ceased to be a wholly owned subsidiary and has become a subsidiary of the Company.
