Hariom Pipe Recommends ₹0.75 Final Dividend

Hariom Pipe Industries Ltd's Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.75 per equity share (7.5%) with a face value of ₹10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The dividend, if declared by the members, will be credited/dispatched within 30 days from the declaration date. The board also approved the reappointment of statutory and internal auditors and the re-designation of Mr. Yash Gupta as Vice President (VP) - Sponge Division as the Senior Management Personnel of the Company.
