NCLT Allows Withdrawal of Petition Against Harish Textile Engineers

Harish Textile Engineers Ltd has announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, has allowed the withdrawal of a petition filed by M/s. Kamlesh Corporation. The withdrawal follows consent terms agreed upon by both parties on August 19, 2026, wherein the outstanding amount, including interest, has been settled and is payable in installments. The NCLT dismissed the petition as withdrawn, with liberty to re-agitate if consent terms are not complied with. The company stated there is no further material impact on its financial or operational activities at this stage, subject to compliance with the settlement terms.
