Harish Textile: Trustee calls NCD holders meeting over default

Harish Textile Engineers Ltd. has informed that its Debenture Trustee, Axis Trustee Services Limited, has convened a meeting of Debenture Holders. The meeting is scheduled for July 2, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. via Microsoft Teams. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss issues arising from a default and to determine the future course of action regarding the outstanding principal amount of the 7% Unlisted, Secured, Unrated, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (Old Series-IIT and Series-IV Debentures). The Debenture Trustee has also requested the presence of a company representative at this meeting. This intimation is in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations.
