Hariyana Ship Breakers Ltd. has announced that the remote e-voting for its 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will commence on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 9.00 a.m. and end on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 5.00 p.m. The e-voting facility will be available through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) and during the AGM itself. The cut-off date for determining the eligibility of shareholders to exercise remote e-voting rights and e-voting at AGM is Tuesday, September 23, 2025.
