Harrisons Malayalam Ltd Re-appoints Whole Time Director

Harrisons Malayalam Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Cherian Manamel George as Whole Time Director. The re-appointment was approved by the company's members at the 49th Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2026. Mr. George's new term will commence from February 13, 2027, and will extend until February 28, 2029. He has been with the company for over 30 years, holding various key positions in plantation, business development, HR, and sales. The company affirmed that Mr. George is not debarred or disqualified from holding the office of director.
