Harsha Engineers International Ltd Enters Long-Term Agreement with Multinational Company for Journal Bearings Supply

Harsha Engineers International Ltd has entered into a long-term agreement with a leading multinational company for the supply of journal bearings / bushings. The agreement, which was received on August 1, 2025, is effective from July 31, 2025, and is for an initial period of three years. The estimated annual value of the agreement is around INR 117 crores. This agreement is not a related party transaction and does not involve any interest from the promoter/promoter group/group companies in the entity that awarded the order.
