Counter Cyclical Investment Private Limited, acting as a portfolio manager, has disclosed an increase in its shareholding in Harshdeep Hortico Limited. The entity, along with its clients (persons acting in concert), acquired 21,000 shares, raising their total holding from 810,000 shares (9.03%) to 831,000 shares (9.16%) of the total equity share capital. The acquisition was made through the open market. This disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
