Haryana Capfin Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Haryana Capfin Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, as per the company's Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons. The closure will be effective from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 and will open 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
