Haryana Capfin Ltd: Appointment of Mr. Vijay Kaushik as Chairman and Mr. Ram Ji Nigam as Non-executive Director

Haryana Capfin Ltd has appointed Mr. Vijay Kaushik, a seasoned industrialist, as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Ram Ji Nigam, a Company Secretary and Law Graduate, as a Non-executive Director. The appointments are subject to the approval of the shareholders. The company has also released its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2025.
