Haryana Capfin Ltd has authorized its Key Managerial Personnel, namely Mrs. Shruti Raghav Jindal, Mr. Rajender Singh, and Mrs. Sandhya Tiwari, to determine the materiality of an event or information and make disclosures to the Stock Exchange.
