Haryana Leather Chemicals Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 8, 2026, approved the continuation of Mr. Pankaj Jain as Chairman & Managing Director. This continuation is effective upon his attaining the age of 70 years and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Jain, who has been the Managing Director since February 4, 2013, is not debarred from holding directorship by any regulatory authority.
