Has Lifestyle Ltd, a company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, has announced an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on Friday, 16th January, 2026 at 03:00 P.M. The purpose of the meeting is to appoint M/s. Gujar and Kulkarni, Chartered Accountants as the new Statutory Auditors to fill the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. Sachin Phadke & Associates.
