Hathway Bhawani Appoints Ravi Goyal as CFO

Hathway Bhawani Cabletel & Datacom Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Ravi Goyal as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective July 15, 2026. Mr. Goyal brings over 33 years of extensive experience in Finance & Accounts across Telecom, Infrastructure, and Media sectors, having previously held leadership roles at Dilip Buildcon Limited, Aircel Limited, Bharti Airtel Limited, and Prakash Industries Limited. His expertise spans Financial Controllership, Operations, Revenue Accounting, GST, Audit & Compliance, ERP Implementations, and Business Process Automation. Following his appointment, Mr. Goyal, along with Mr. Vatan Pathan (CEO) and Ms. Priya Bhagat (Company Secretary), will be authorized for determining materiality of events and making requisite disclosures to the stock exchange.
