Hathway Bhawani Cabletel & Datacom Ltd has announced the acquisition of the remaining 49% equity stake in its subsidiary, Hathway Bhawani NDS Network Limited, for a total consideration of Rs. 15.19 Lakhs. The acquisition, which took place on February 05, 2026, is for the consolidation of business operations. Post-acquisition, Bhawani NDS has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Hathway Bhawani Cabletel & Datacom Ltd. Bhawani NDS, incorporated in India on October 13, 2010, is engaged in Cable TV Business and has a presence in Thane, Maharashtra. The turnover of Bhawani NDS for FY 2024-25, FY 2023-24, and FY 2022-23 was Rs. 54.28 lakhs, Rs. 64.90 lakhs, and Rs. 75.32 lakhs, respectively. The acquisition is not a related party transaction and no governmental or regulatory approvals were required.
