Havells India: 61,135 ESOP Shares Exercised Under Scheme 2022

Havells India Ltd has announced the exercise of 61,135 equity shares of Re. 1 each under the Havells Employees Stock Purchase Scheme 2022 (ESPS 2022). These shares were vested to eligible employees for the financial year 2025-26. The exercise was completed on October 24, 2026. The company noted that the total quantum of shares issued under this plan is insignificant relative to the total paid-up capital, resulting in negligible dilution in earnings per share. The pricing for these shares was determined at Rs. 1,302.10, the closing price on the day preceding the approval by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
