Havells India Ltd has announced the record date for its final dividend and the 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The record date is set for May 24, 2026. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from May 25, 2026, to May 29, 2026 (inclusive). Shareholders registered as beneficial owners or members by the end of business hours on May 24, 2026, will be eligible for the final dividend of ₹6.00 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26, subject to declaration. The 43rd Annual General Meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on Friday, June 19, 2026.
