Havells India Ltd Acquires Salesmark Ventures' 20% Stake in Havells HVAC LLC, Becoming a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary

Havells India Ltd has announced an update regarding its Joint Venture (JV) with Havells International Inc and Salesmark Ventures, LLC. The JV, Havells HVAC LLC, was formed for marketing and selling various portable air conditioning units and related accessories belonging to brands owned by Havells India Limited within the United States of America. The Executive Committee of Havells India Ltd's Board of Directors, in its meeting held on 6th October 2025, has taken note of Havells International Inc's decision to acquire Salesmark Ventures LLC’s 20% stake. As a result, Havells HVAC LLC will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Havells International Inc.
