Havells India Ltd to Expand Washing Machine Production Capacity by 1,50,000 Units

Havells India Ltd, in Ghiloth, is planning to expand the capacity for production of washing machines. The existing capacity is 6,80,000 units per annum, with a utilization of 52%. The proposed capacity addition is 1,50,000 units per annum, which is expected to be added by December 2026. The investment required for this expansion is approximately INR 60 crores, which will be financed through internal accruals. This expansion is aimed at catering to the market with an entire range of washing machines.
