Hawa Engineers: Promoter group transfer of 1.98% shares

Hawa Engineers Ltd has filed a disclosure regarding an inter-se transfer of shares within the promoter group. Mr. ASLAM FAZLURREHMAN KAGDI will acquire 69,900 shares, representing 1.98% of the total share capital, from JAMILABIBI FAZLURREHMAN KAGDI.
