Hawa Engineers Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company. The closure is in accordance with the circulars dated April 2, 2019, and the Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by insiders. The trading window will remain closed from Thursday, January 1, 2026, till forty-eight hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter /nine month ended December 31, 2025.
