The company will also engage in the business of infrastructure activities, real estate developers, builders, contractors, and environmental engineering covering designing, planning, erecting, constructing, preparing, acquiring, owning, transferring, operating, maintaining by any mode all types of works/projects pertaining to environmental engineering/management. The Board of Directors has scheduled an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting to seek shareholder approval for the proposed addition to the main objects of the Memorandum of Association.
