Hazoor Multi Projects Re-appoints Directors

Hazoor Multi Projects Ltd announced the re-appointment of Ms. Madhuri Purushottam Bohra as an Independent Director and Mr. Pawankumar Nathmal Mallawat as an Executive Director. Both re-appointments were approved by shareholders at the 34th Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2026. Ms. Bohra's term is for five years from July 19, 2027, to July 18, 2032. Mr. Mallawat's term is also for five years, effective February 10, 2027, to February 9, 2032. Both directors are qualified and experienced in their respective fields and are not debarred from holding office.
