HB Leasing & Finance Company Ltd has announced that its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 02:30 PM. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI LODR Regulations. The notice for the AGM, along with the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26, will be filed with the stock exchange and circulated to shareholders in due course. This intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
