HB Portfolio Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons Until 48 Hours After Audited Financial Results Announcement

HB Portfolio Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the last quarter and financial year ending on 31st March, 2026. The date of the board meeting to consider and approve the financial results will be intimated in due course.
